BACKGROUND
Dina Radeka Lyons has 20 years of experience in the area of print design. Prior to moving to Cape Cod in 2004, Ms. Lyons was a designer and art director for graphic design studios in New York City, Boston, and Washington D.C., where she worked with a variety of clients to create graphic identity programs, annual reports, and various publications. She also taught typography at the Art Insitute of Boston at Lesley College in 1998 / 99, and is currently an Instructor of Graphic Design for Pope John Paul II High School in Hyannis.

EDUCATION
Ms. Lyons received her formal education in graphic design from The Cooper Union, New York (Bachelor of Fine Arts), and from Yale University School of Art (Master of Fine Art).

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Ms. Lyons recently partnered with Jim Hill of Digital Quill Design and a variety of other local artists to design a mini-golf course for the "Strokes of Genius" Fundraiser in Hyannis, Massachusetts. The 9-hole course was open for three weeks over Summer 2009, and raised $15,000 for the Barnstable Education Foundation, which provides grant money to the Barnstable Schools.

Ms. Lyons is currently a member of The American Business Women's Association, Cape Cod Chapter, and a supporter of Geek Girl Camp, an organization that educates women on all forms of technology. She also offers branding seminars to local businesses, most recently with The Community Bank Women's Business Exchange in Hyannis.

Ms. Lyons is an active volunteer of West Villages School PTO, and was President of the Board of Trustees of St. Peter's Nursery School in Osterville for three years.
